A day of thanks :)

Today I spent the day up in Sartell with my lovely fiancée's family. Oh, my parents and grandmother drove up, too. It was amazing to have our families together. We honestly were brimming with joy that everyone gets along so well. It's more than just tolerating each other so they can be civil during times when they are forced to socialize with each other. They really enjoy one another's company!! I was all smiles.

That is until I ate enough to feel horrible. I am so full right now. Actually, I think I'm just getting over the food baby I was carrying. Anyhoo, I love my future wife, her family, and my family. For this one amazing day, life is absolutely perfect :)

Oh man...

What? I have a blog? Oh yeah, that's right. I have been so out of it and using new technology i.e. Twitter) that I have completely forgotten about this little blog.

So what's knew? Well I am engaged to a lovely lady named Shannon, that's what!! We have a date set for July 10th, 2010. That should give us just enough time to be happy for awhile before all hell breaks loose in December 2012.

My theater company is doing quite well. We are gearing up for a whole season with brochures and grants and real non-profit types of things. Three shows are planned. One of which is A Few Good Men. Yes, I'm incredibly stoked for it.

Um...that's all for now. I have been gone too long to catch you up with everything, but I hope to give you at least one installment a week from now on.

Back home...

I am currently sitting in my old house. I'm house sitting for my folks and having a great time. They also have two cats that love me even though they only see me a few times a year. I guess I have a magnetic personality with cats :)

We are underway on our latest play for Urban Samurai. We actually have a production schedule for this one and are way ahead as far as the design process goes. I'm excited for the show. I hope to see you all there!!

Well, back to watching TV on my parent's satellite TV. Till next time...

Cat pee smells...

Ok, so living in Edina has been pretty cool so far. It is pretty awesome because these guys are super cool people. There is only one problem, one of the cats gives me mixed messages. It seems like we are totally BFFs most of the time. We snuggle and I play with him and all sorts of fun stuff, but then, when I'm not looking, he pees on my bed. WHAT?!?!? I thought we were friends!! So now I have to clean my bed. It sucks and it's smelly. I tried to teach him not to do it, so we'll see if that works. In the end, he's a cat. They don't train so well.

"The Diana Story" opens next week. The show is coming along very nicely. It is weird to have a small part in one of our productions. I am doing the props for it, too, so I have plenty to do, but it still feels weird. Check out this link if you are interested in coming. It will be fun!

I now own an Xbox 360. I'm very happy with it so far. I got it mainly because I want to buy the HD-DVD attachment. I love my movies after all...

Ninja Warrior...

So now that I am living with my friends, they are have hooked me into a show on G4 called Ninja Warrior. If you don't know what this is, you have to check it out. It is a bunch of people doing absolutely crazy things to try and achieve "total victory" and a large cash prize. It is from Japan and it is super awesome. These guys really get into this stuff!! I am hopping my friend in Japan will get a chance to go see one and get some autographs for us. That would make me sooooo happy...

Whew...

So I am now living with my friends because my house has been broken into a second time. They took my huge tv. It's a long story.

Anyway, i am working on a show called Talk Radio right now. There is only one more weekend left. It is really good stuff if you can make it. Go here to learn more.
