Good games...

I have had a need to for some board games as of late and somewhat satiated that need last night. Played a little Backgammon then some Scene It. I hope some folks are coming over tonight to play some more. Good conversation with friends and good board games a good evening does make.

Is everyone ready for this snow we are supposed to get? I haven't cleared a path to my trash can from the last snow. I must get out and do that before it gets completely buried...

Closer and closer...

Well, we just finished auditioning for Closer last night. Auditions went tremendous. I was very impressed with all of the talent that came through and read for us. Way to go Minneapolis women!! Our director is going to have one hell of a time picking who it's going to be. I feel bad for him. Thanks to all who came out and auditioned. It was really fun to work with you all!! I will let you know more details on this show as it unravels. This is what I know right now:

Pooch Needs a Home!!!

Want a dog? My friend from CSZ is looking for a home for his 5 year old beagle. Through no fault of the owner or the dog, he can no longer keep him. He is house trained, loving, and great with kids. Just got home from a terrific weekend at the cabin. What lovely times I have up there!! Hey friends, thanks for all your booze and merriment. It was just the destressor I needed.

I am seriously loving my new car. I drove it up and back to the cabin and am still going to have enough gas to get to my High School League rehearsal tonight. It drives like a champ as well. Plus, the sound system is bumpin'. Gotta love that!!

I have had all sorts of newness happening to me over the last few weeks. First off, I have a temporary roommate in NL, a good friend from CSZ. He is doing a show in White Bear Lake, working in Golden Valley, and living in Apple Valley. Instead of doing that INSANE triangle every day, he is staying with me through the rehearsal process of the show. We work well together as roommies. We are planning on moving in together when I move out of this house.

Speaking of which, I think my house is going on the market on Thursday. I pent the entire day cleaning and organizing. I have hit the point of packing where you just start throwing everything out. I must have put four huge bags of garbage out today. It was very satisfying. My house is cleaner now than I think it has ever been. Now I just have to keep it that way.

Lastly, I bought a new car. My old one crapped out on me for the second time in a month and that was the last straw. I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2006 Toyota Corolla. It is a sweet ride and I love driving it. So, if you need a ride, now is a good time to hit me up. I won't be this generous for long...
